Rising Star Khilte Chehre celebrated World White Cane Day at Indraprastha College, North Campus, marking an important moment of awareness, dignity and inclusion for visually impaired citizens.
World White Cane Day is not only about the white cane. It is about independence, mobility, confidence and the right of blind citizens to move through the world with dignity.
For RSKC, this celebration was deeply aligned with our mission. Since 2019, Rising Star Khilte Chehre has been empowering blind citizens through accessible journeys, real-world experiences and confidence-building opportunities that help them step out, participate, lead and unlock their hidden potential.
Moments from the Celebration
The event at Indraprastha College created a meaningful space for young minds, educators and the RSKC community to engage with the message of accessibility and acceptance. It highlighted the importance of building a society where visually impaired citizens are not seen through limitation, but through strength, courage and participation.
