Last updated: July 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Rising Star Khilte Chehre (“RSKC”) website, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this website.

2. About RSKC

RSKC is a Delhi-based registered trust organizing travel, experiential learning, and awareness programmes for visually impaired and differently-abled individuals. Content on this website is provided for information about our mission and activities.

3. Donations

Donations are voluntary contributions to support our charitable work and are processed through our external donation platform. Donations once made are non-refundable, except where required by law. Tax receipts, where applicable, are issued as per Indian law.

4. Programme Participation

Participation in trips, events, and programmes is subject to registration and confirmation by RSKC. Participants (or their guardians) consent to reasonable photography and videography during programmes, which may be used to document and promote our work.

While RSKC takes utmost care in planning safe, accessible experiences, participants join programmes at their own responsibility. Specific programme terms may be communicated at the time of registration.

5. Volunteering

Volunteer applications do not guarantee placement. Volunteers are expected to follow RSKC's guidance during programmes and treat all participants with dignity and respect.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — text, photographs, videos, logos, and design — belongs to RSKC or is used with permission. You may not reproduce or use it commercially without our written consent. Sharing links to our pages is always welcome.

7. Third-Party Links & Services

This website links to third-party services (donation platform, social media, embedded videos). RSKC is not responsible for the content or practices of external websites.

8. Limitation of Liability

This website is provided “as is”. RSKC makes reasonable efforts to keep information accurate and current but does not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, and is not liable for any loss arising from its use.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be published on this page.
