Contact & volunteer forms — when you write to us or apply to volunteer, we receive the details you submit: your name, email address, phone number, and message.

Donations — donations are processed on an external donation platform. We do not collect or store your card, bank, or payment details on this website.

Automatic data — like most websites, our hosting provider may log basic technical information (IP address, browser type, pages visited) for security and performance.

3. How We Use Your Information

To respond to your enquiries and volunteer applications.

To coordinate trips, events, and programmes you take part in.

To share updates about our work, only where you have asked us to.

4. Third-Party Services

Form submissions are delivered to us via FormSubmit, a third-party form-to-email service. Media on this site is served from Amazon Web Services (AWS S3). Embedded videos may be served by YouTube, which may set its own cookies. Donations are handled on our external donation platform. Each of these services has its own privacy policy.

5. Photographs & Media

Photographs and videos from our trips and events appear on this website to document our work. Participants consent to photography as part of joining our programmes. If you appear in any image or video on this site and would like it removed, contact us and we will take it down promptly.

We keep correspondence only as long as needed to respond to you and run our programmes. We take reasonable measures to protect your information, but no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.
